Artwork Guidelines
- Artwork can be provided in the following software formats:
Quark XPress, Freehand, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Discs are acceptable if Mac formatted, and files in TIFF or
EPS format
- All TIFF files must be at least 100K in size and 300 dpi
- If art is e-mailable, send files in the following formats ONLY:
Illustrator, TIFF or Freehand files. E-mail to sales@meiresearch.com
- If digital art is not available, please send black and white
camera-ready art on paper as either a stat or 600 dpi laser print
- Note that artwork cannot be returned
- If artwork is not supplied, a minimum of $125.00 will be assessed
Proofs
A paper proof is not supplied on foil stamp orders unless requested.
A color paper proof is available for an additional $16.50 per proof.
Add 2 days for color paper proof. All orders are acknowledged.
Please provide an e-mail address that we can send a proof to.
Overrun/Underrun
We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under on
imprinted products.
Cancellation/Changes
Cancelled orders are subject to an $85.00 charge in addition to
all other costs incurred up to cancellation. No changes (increases,
decreases, colors, etc.) will be accepted once production of your
order has started.
